Last week I present at the surgery feeling very unwell and in considerable pain. Dr Dennison ensured I was book in for the relevant blood tests at a days notice, also she was at the surgery on the Wednesday but wasn't due to see patients, she ensured she saw me to follow up from the previous day. She organised for me to present directly to the Surgical assessment ward of Pembury, rather than having to wait at a&e prior to being admitted. I explained I had no way of getting there until early evening as my partner was at work and I had nobody I else could ask to take me over. She was so concerned for my welfare she asked Caroline the receptionist to try to organise a "sitting ambulance" to transport me. I heard this conversation and was grateful for the effort that was put into ensuring I got there in a timely fashion. After some debate from the transport, it was agreed it was in my best interest to provide the service. I could not be more grateful or recommend the surgery highly enough. With their kindness, swift thinking and support.

Dr Dennison is always bright and bubbly which immediately puts you at ease, she listens to your symptoms/concern with understanding and empathy, she explains in great detail her diagnosis and if treatment is necessary she takes the time to make sure you understand how to take your prescription and any follow up appointments you might need. This surgery is brilliant I like the professionalism of it's staff, the receptionists are always very helpful and will always find ways for you to see a Doctor in an emergency. The practice nurses are great they have lots of patience and explain fully the procedure you are about to undergo. The repeat prescription service is very reliable and efficient also. All in all, a great doctor practising in a great surgery.

On the occasions that I've had an appointment with the doctor I've found her considerate to my condition, helpful in diagnosis, understanding of all I asked.I would have no hesitation in recommending her practice. Staff play an important part in the surgery, all staff meet all your requirements in confidence, efficiency and helpfulness.

Dr Dennison is so friendly and thorough. She gives you her undivided attention, and time. She picked up that there was something serious wrong when I went to see her about a pain I had for over a month in my back (higher up) and send me for a ultrasound. I was operated on a month later for cancer on my pancreas. If it wasn't for her who immediately send me for further scans and tests and further recommendations, I just don't know what would have happend. She is a wonderful doctor.
